Holt Howard made this set in 1958 and 1959–this is the 1959 set and is much harder to find. I included a side-by-side photo, so you can see the difference in the stats; the 1959 set is more delicate and poses more angled, making it more prone to breakage. The 1958 set is also candleholders—this 1959 set is simply Noel figurines.

This Pixie Noel Candleholder set by Holt Howard is truly fabulous—and my guess is it was quite avant garde For Christmas decorations in 1959. I actually don’t know what their official name is…but I refer to them as the Atomic Pixie Noel.

Each pixie has a different expression and pose and each has a a cute little pixie suit with holly berry embellishment and a gold pom pom on the end of the pixie hat.

All are stamped Holt Howard 1959.
