This style of Santa mugs and pitcher by Holt Howard is called Cloud Santa—he’s peeking out of a cloud checking to see who is on the nice list. It is very contemporary and must have been quite avant garde when produced in 1964.

This set is getting scarcer—and—I have never seen one in its original box.

Exceptional condition—no chips cracks or repairs, only a couple of pin point size spots of missing paint on one mug. Unmarked; this is 1964 Holt Howard.

The box is in good condition, sturdy enough to safely store the set. There is a bit of paper missing in one spot. I love that the chartreuse pattern is different land not the usual aesthetic choice for Christmas,
